  We go here regularly with family and children. This particular branch seems to be slowly going down hill. Our last visit was about a fortnight ago and we waited for an hour after placing our order and receiving our food. The free salad bar kept everyone happy enough in this wait. We would have expected the staff to mention the wait time as we came in.... other than that, food was good when it came. One thing to mention is that the salad bar, on this occasion had been let to slip as there were empty tubs and some sorry looking lettuce. Also the ice cream factory station was almost empty and we needed to ask staff to refill, which they did happily and promptly. I think on this occasion they were short staffed maybe...?
